Rubens Suite - Practical matters

Rubens Suite

House Rules 

  • Check-in and 
    • Check-in: The room is ready from 3:00 PM. 
    • Check-out: The room must be vacated by 11:00 AM.
  • Do's and Don'ts 
    • A maximum of 2 guests can stay in the Rubens Suite. 
    • Pets are not allowed in the Rubens Suite during your stay. 
    • Parties or events are not allowed. 
    • Smoking is prohibited. 
    • Please leave the furniture in its place. 
    • Fires are not allowed in the room. The fireplace cannot be lit, and candles are prohibited.

Safety 

  • A smoke alarm is installed in the hallway.
  • In case of evacuation, there are two exit doors: 
    • The door leading to the main staircase (the one you entered through).
    • The door hidden behind the pink curtain. 

Use of Sanitary Facilities 

  • During your stay in the Rubens Suite, you can make use of the toilet in the castle. When going downstairs you will find the toilet in the stairwell. 
  • During your stay you can use the showers at our campsite. 
  • Don’t use use soap or other chemical products. You will find a set of natural products in the room. You can also find a hairdryer in the closet.

Closing the Room 

  • When leaving the room, please reattach the padlock to the door. Remove the padlock during your stay so that no one can lock the door from the outside. 
  • From the inside, the room can be secured with the bolts on the door. 
  • Lock code of the padlock: 148

Breakfast 

  • Please inform us at check-in about the preferred time for breakfast. It can be brought to the room from 9:00 AM. 
  • Craving a glass of bubbles? Order one with our staff for a supplement charge of 17 euros.
