Artist couple Tamara Esseling and Lars Senders, are conducting an artistic investigation into the redevelopment of Rubens Castle. During their residency, they will engage in dialogue with local residents of this heritage site. They will look for stories from the present, past but especially dreams of the future. Graphic design, creative development and sound art are the means to create bridges. In doing so, they create an installation in which the future will unfold on the foundations of our baroque grandmaster Peter Paul Rubens. "The Baroque is precisely a style with more realism and dramatic effects, to bring art closer to the people."
